Shaylee Strawberries is a strawberry farm and cafe at 255 Marks Lane, Atherton, on the Atherton Tablelands between Atherton and Yungaburra. Besides picking, the farm has a cafe and shop selling jams, ice cream and other produce.

Chambers Flat Strawberry Farm is a pick-your-own strawberry farm at Chambers Flat, in the Logan City area south of Brisbane. The farm shop is open daily from June to November, from 9am to 4pm, selling packaged strawberries and fresh strawberry ice cream made and blended from their own fruit.

Rolin Farms is a strawberry farm at Elimbah, in the Moreton Bay region north of Brisbane, part of the winter strawberry belt that includes nearby Wamuran and Caboolture. Pick-your-own is offered during the Queensland winter growing season, from June through to October, with the farm open daily including public holidays.

Glass House Mountains

Glass House Tropical Fruits is a new pick-your-own strawberry farm at Glass House Mountains, opened in June 2026 by farmer Glen Austin on a 65-acre property that had sat dormant as a former pineapple farm. Regional coverage described it as the Sunshine Coast's only season-long pick-your-own strawberry farm after the region's previous option closed. You can also pick sunflowers here.

Landers Shoot

A & C Berry Farm is a pick-your-own strawberry farm at Landers Shoot, on the Sunshine Coast hinterland near Palmwoods. Like other Sunshine Coast strawberry growers, it follows Queensland's winter self-pick season rather than the spring to summer season seen further south, with picking typically running from around June to early October.

Strawberries: Apr to Aug
Ellia's Garden is a 150-acre family-run market garden and pick-your-own farm in the Scenic Rim, about an hour from Brisbane via the Cunningham Highway. The farm's best known pick-your-own crop is its strawberry hay bale patch, which runs from April through to the end of August. You can also pick vegetables here.

Ballantyne's Strawberry Farm is a family-run pick-your-own farm at Mount Charlton, in the foothills of Eungella National Park about an hour north of Mackay. The Ballantyne family, Alan and Margaret, have run the farm for over twenty years and grow more than 50,000 strawberry plants. You can also pick blueberries here.

North Bundaberg

SSS Strawberries is a large strawberry grower at 11 Rosedale Road, North Bundaberg, about 10 minutes from central Bundaberg. The farm is run by the Dang family, whose initials give the SSS name, and it grows strawberries commercially across the wider property alongside its retail Strawberry Shop and cafe, which serves Vietnamese coffee, strawberry soft serve and freeze dried strawberries.

Stanthorpe
Strawberries: October to May
Ashbern Farms is a commercial organic strawberry grower with a pick-your-own patch at Stanthorpe, on the Granite Belt. The Stanthorpe site runs its picking and packing season from October through to May, opening the patch to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 3pm, closed on public holidays.

N&J Strawberry Farm is a family-owned and operated strawberry farm at Wamuran, in the hinterland north of Brisbane. In the Queensland winter and spring the farm opens its field for pick-your-own sessions, with visitors picking straight from the plants into trays.

Tinaberries is a working strawberry farm at 15 Zinks Road, Woongarra, between Bundaberg and the coastal town of Elliott Heads. The farm shop and ice cream counter are open daily year round, best known locally for large serves of real fruit ice cream made from the farm's own produce.

In the last confirmed season, Ballantyne's Strawberry Farm charged $10 for the first punnet, $5 each additional punnet. Chambers Flat Strawberry Farm charged $17.50 per person, approx. 500g punnet included. Glass House Tropical Fruits charged $15 per 500g as at opening, expected to fall as production increases. N&J Strawberry Farm charged $39.99 per giant box (up to 15kg). Prices change during the season, so check with the farm before you travel.
4 of these farms take bookings ahead of a visit: Chambers Flat Strawberry Farm, Eastern Colour, Oasis Berries and Sweet Acres. The rest are walk-in, but picking depends on the weather, so ring ahead either way.
