About Chambers Flat Strawberry Farm
Chambers Flat Strawberry Farm is a pick-your-own strawberry farm at Chambers Flat, in the Logan City area south of Brisbane. The farm shop is open daily from June to November, from 9am to 4pm, selling packaged strawberries and fresh strawberry ice cream made and blended from their own fruit.
Pick-your-own opens once the season is underway, from around August through to October, and runs on set days rather than every day the shop is open. Picking is strictly by online booking through the farm's website, with no walk-ins accepted, and sessions run for about an hour. Entry is $17.50 per person for adults and children aged 3 to 12, and includes an approximately 500 gram punnet to pick and take home. Infants aged 0 to 2 do not need a separate booking and are not charged. Everyone entering the field, including all children, must be included in the booking, and a 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Because bookings are limited and open in batches, typically released on Mondays for the coming week, visitors are advised to book well ahead through the farm's website rather than turning up on the day.
