Beerburrum
Christmas trees: Nov to Dec
Sunshine Coast Christmas Tree Farm grows real cut and potted Christmas trees at Beerburrum, in the Glasshouse Mountains, and has offered a cut your own harvest since starting in December 2023. Visitors roam the tree fields to pick out their tree, then farm staff cut it and take it to be netted for the trip home.

Kandanga Creek

Kandanga Creek Christmas Trees is a family-run choose-and-cut Christmas tree farm at 908 Kandanga Creek Road in the Mary Valley, about 20 minutes from Gympie and 40 minutes from Noosa. The family began growing Radiata Pines here in 2023.

Mount Beppo
Christmas trees: Nov to Dec
Brisbane Valley Christmas Tree Farm is a family-owned and run, choose-and-cut fresh Christmas tree farm at Mount Beppo, in the Somerset region of the Brisbane Valley, about an hour from Brisbane or Ipswich. Established in 2020, the farm plants two new trees for every one harvested.

Upper Barron
Christmas trees: Oct to Dec
Atherton Christmas Tree Farm is a choose-and-cut Christmas tree farm at 9658 Kennedy Highway, Upper Barron, about 15km south of Atherton on the Tablelands. Juana and Alex Adoberg bought the property in 2007 and began selling trees to the public in 2012, after years of growing Monterey Pines.

In the last confirmed season, Chrissy Trees 4 U charged $130 for 6ft up to $210 for 9ft, tagging fee $12 per tree; 10ft by enquiry, farm pickup only. Granite Belt Christmas Farm charged $100 for 1.2m to 1.5m up to $600 for 4.2m to 4.6m, netting included. Sunshine Coast Christmas Tree Farm charged $125 for 5ft, $145 for 6ft, $165 for 7ft, $185 for 8ft (2026). Prices change during the season, so check with the farm before you travel.
