Bargara Berries Meadowvale is a small family-owned strawberry farm at 104 Hoods Road, Meadowvale, near Bundaberg. The family has farmed the land since 1988 and has grown sweet, bush-ripened strawberries since 2003.

Open: Mon to Sat 9am to 4:30pm, Sun 10am to 4:30pm

SSS Strawberries

North Bundaberg

Strawberries: August

SSS Strawberries is a large strawberry grower at 11 Rosedale Road, North Bundaberg, about 10 minutes from central Bundaberg. The farm is run by the Dang family, whose initials give the SSS name, and it grows strawberries commercially across the wider property alongside its retail Strawberry Shop and cafe, which serves Vietnamese coffee, strawberry soft serve and freeze dried strawberries.

Open: 7 days a week including public holidays; the Pick Your Own patch itself is open each August. 7am to 5pm
Entry: No admission fee to enter the patch, but everyone aged 6 and over must buy a punnet to enter the field; adults may accompany children under 5 at no charge

Tinaberries is a working strawberry farm at 15 Zinks Road, Woongarra, between Bundaberg and the coastal town of Elliott Heads. The farm shop and ice cream counter are open daily year round, best known locally for large serves of real fruit ice cream made from the farm's own produce.

Open: Daily in season. Pick-your-own field 10am to 1pm, weather dependent; the farm shop and ice cream counter 10am to 5pm
