Season 2026 finished on 27 September; strawberry picking returns in winter 2027. Pick-your-own runs on announced days only and closes when fruit is limited. The picking field moved between Derrick Road and Ziviani Road on different days in 2026, so check the address on the day's post before driving. No bookings needed.
About N&J Strawberry Farm
N&J Strawberry Farm is a family-owned and operated strawberry farm at Wamuran, in the hinterland north of Brisbane. In the Queensland winter and spring the farm opens its field for pick-your-own sessions, with visitors picking straight from the plants into trays.
Sessions are announced on the farm's Facebook page rather than run to a fixed timetable. For the Father's Day weekend in 2026 the farm opened from 7am to 1pm, with a giant box of up to 15kg priced at $39.99. Entry was free and eating while picking was allowed. Ice cream was sold on site on the Sunday, dogs on leads were welcome, and payment was by cash or EFTPOS. No bookings were needed.
The picking location can change between sessions. On the Father's Day weekend the farm used 1 Derrick Road on the Saturday and 1 Ziviani Road on the Sunday, so read the address in the latest post before you set off. The field was closed on 13 September 2026 because of limited ripe fruit, and the farm ended its 2026 pick-your-own season on 27 September.
