Strawberries: when in season
Highland Lodge Farmstay is a 120-acre working cattle and sheep property at 271 Eucumbene Road, Berridale, about ten minutes from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains. Guests staying at the farmstay can pick home grown vegetables to cook, along with herbs and strawberries when they are in season. You can also pick vegetables here.

Bilpin
Strawberries: Jan to Dec
Bilpin Fruit Bowl is a large family farm at 2093 Bells Line of Road, Bilpin, and one of the biggest strawberry growers in the Hawkesbury, with close to 100,000 strawberry plants in temperature-controlled hothouses that let it offer strawberry picking all year round on weekends. Strawberries
TNT Produce is a third-generation family orchard at 153 Kurts Road, Bilpin, one of the larger growers in the area. Crops grown include apples, persimmons, peaches, plums, nectarines, strawberries and citrus, picked in their own seasons through the year with no need to book ahead. Strawberries: Dec to Jan
Clyde River Berry Farm sits on the banks of the Clyde River at Mogood, in the Brooman State Forest on the NSW South Coast, roughly halfway between Nelligen and Ulladulla. The farm's main crop is blueberries, picked from December into January, with strawberries and blackberries sometimes available across the same window depending on the season. Wagga Wagga
Strawberries: November 2026 to May 2027
Bidgee Strawberries and Cream is a hydroponic strawberry farm at 4 Billagha Street, Wagga Wagga, off Narrung Street opposite the Marrambidya Wetlands. Growing the strawberries hydroponically rather than in open ground lets the farm run a picking season from November through to Mother's Day in May, far longer than a typical outdoor patch.

Strawberries
Hill-Lock Orchard is a family-owned orchard at Wombat, about ten minutes from Young in the Hilltops region of New South Wales, established in 1998. Visitors can pick their own cherries and strawberries straight from the trees and beds, and the farm shed sells pre-picked fruit and vegetables through the year, including plums, apricots, persimmons and figs. Strawberries: Dec to Jan
Gleann Mohr Farm is a fruit and vegetable shop and cafe on the Olympic Highway at Young, in the Hilltops region, selling cherries, peaches, strawberries, local honey, free range eggs, and homemade pies and jams alongside a small cafe menu. Cherries and peaches are sold pre picked from the shed rather than picked by visitors.

Usually September to December, depending on the weather. Farms announce their own dates and we carry them on each listing.
In the last confirmed season, Berrylicious Strawberries charged $25 per kg to take home. Prices change during the season, so check with the farm before you travel.
2 of these farms take bookings ahead of a visit: Berrylicious Strawberries and Bilpin Fruit Bowl. The rest are walk-in, but picking depends on the weather, so ring ahead either way.
