Dilston

Lees Orchard is a long established family orchard at Dilston, about ten minutes from Launceston in the Tamar Valley, with a history dating back to 1916. It grows a diverse mix of apples, pears and cherries across roughly 12 hectares: eight apple varieties, three pear varieties, and four cherry varieties. You can also pick apples and pears here.

Glaziers Bay

Platinum Ridge Cherries is a long established cherry orchard at 621 Silver Hill Road, Glaziers Bay in the Huon Valley, set on 70 acres overlooking Port Huon and the Hartz Mountains and growing cherries on the property for more than a century.

Oneys Creek Cherries is a pick-your-own cherry orchard at 188 Hydehurst Road, Lachlan, about 40 minutes' drive from Hobart. Cherries are priced at $10 per kilogram whether picked yourself in the orchard or bought already picked.

Mount Direction
Cherries: Dec to Feb
Aunita Cherries, also known as East Tamar Cherries, is a family-owned cherry orchard at 2280 East Tamar Highway, Mount Direction, about 20 minutes from Launceston in the Tamar Valley. The cherry season runs from December through to February, and during that time the farm opens every day, including Christmas Day and New Year's Day, from 9am until stock sells out.

Sheffield

Sheffield Berry Gardens is a family farm about 4 kilometres from Sheffield, at the junction of the roads to Railton and Beulah on the way to Cradle Mountain in Tasmania's North West. The farm grows a wide range of heritage strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and cherries in the ground rather than under tunnels, without insecticide or fungicide.
