Horseshoe Valley Farm & Apiary is a small family farm in the Dooralong Valley on the Central Coast hinterland, growing spray-free cut flowers including dahlias, zinnias, sunflowers, snapdragons and sweet peas. The farm also runs an apiary across several hinterland sites and produces single source raw honey, and raises chemical-free, grass fed meat.

The Giving Farm

The Giving Farm is a certified organic family farm at Jilliby in the Central Coast hinterland, growing flowers, fruit and vegetables and keeping a range of animals including Babydoll sheep, Highland and Guernsey cattle, dairy goats, chickens, ducks and geese. You can also pick blueberries here.

Weeping Willow Farm

Weeping Willow Farm is a small sustainable flower and edible produce farm on 2.5 acres at Palmdale, run on permaculture principles, about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Sydney and around 50 minutes south of Newcastle.
