About Horseshoe Valley Farm & Apiary

Horseshoe Valley Farm & Apiary is a small family farm in the Dooralong Valley on the Central Coast hinterland, growing spray free cut flowers including dahlias, zinnias, sunflowers, snapdragons and sweet peas. The farm also runs an apiary across several hinterland sites and produces single source raw honey, and raises chemical free, grass fed meat.

Pick Your Own Flowers is run as a ticketed event, not a standing daily activity. Visitors book a session, pay $30 per person and are given a jug to fill with whatever is blooming that day, so it is worth bringing your own scissors. Dates depend on the weather and what is flowering, and are announced through the farm's Facebook page and website rather than on a fixed calendar.

Because Pick Your Own days do not run every weekend, checking Facebook or the farm shop page before travelling is essential. The farm can be reached by email at farm@horseshoevalley.com.au or by phone.
