About Marble Hill Cherries

Marble Hill Cherries is a family run pick your own cherry orchard at 25 Marble Hill Road, Ashton in the Adelaide Hills, about 20 minutes from central Adelaide. The orchard grows nine cherry varieties across the property, including sweet, tart and white fruited types. Picking runs for a short window each summer, typically from December into January, and the farm takes bookings for picking sessions rather than open walk in access, so visitors should check current season dates on Facebook and book a session ahead as they can fill. Entry costs $10 per person. On site there are toilets, and the farm sells its own packing shed products including cherry ice cream. Both EFTPOS and cash are accepted. Because cherry picking depends on the crop and the weather, contact the farm or check its Facebook page before travelling out to Ashton to confirm the orchard is open and taking bookings.
