Warraba Sunflowers is a small family farm at Cambooya, on the Darling Downs about 29 kilometres south of Toowoomba.

Open: 9am to sunset (around 5pm to 6pm) on open weekends

Sunflowers On Kents is a cut-your-own sunflower farm at Kalbar, in the Scenic Rim region south-west of Brisbane. It opens to the public only on selected weekends each year while the sunflowers are in bloom, historically around August, as part of the wider Kalbar Sunflower Festival period.

Open: Selected weekends only, during bloom. 10am to 3pm on open days
Entry: $20 per person over 15, includes six cut-your-own flowers; children free; pre-cut bunch also available for $20

Norwell Sunflowers is a family-owned sunflower farm at Norwell, on the northern Gold Coast near Jacobs Well. It is run by the Huth family, fifth-generation local sugar cane growers who started the sunflower venture in 2023, and has become a well-known local attraction with a strong social media following.

Ten Chain Farm is a 50-acre property in the Flagstone Creek Valley, about 20 minutes from Toowoomba, that opens its sunflower fields for a scheduled pick-your-own event called Picnic With The Sunflowers.

Open: 9am to 3pm on event weekends
Entry: Adult $20, child (3 to 16) $10, family pass $65, when the 'Picnic With The Sunflowers' event runs
Payment: cash preferred, EFTPOS available depending on reception
