About Mr Peter Orchard Farm

Mr Peter Orchard Farm is a large family run pick your own orchard at 1153 Brookton Highway, Karragullen, in the Perth Hills, run by Peter and his son. The property grows an unusually wide range of fruit and stays open to visitors for most of the year, moving between cherries, blueberries, blackberries, figs and apples as each comes into season, alongside pears, apricots, plums, grapes and peaches grown on site.

Cherry season runs from November to December and is the property's best known drawcard, with cherries priced at $30 to $45 a kilo to take home. Entry costs $10 per person for adults, with children free, and visitors can eat what they pick from the trees while wandering the orchard before paying for what they take home. The farm is open seven days a week from 7am to 5:30pm, has wheelchair access and on site parking, and sells produce, honey and eggs from its farm shop.
