About Wonky Windmill Farm and Eco Park
Wonky Windmill Farm and Eco Park is a family run farm and eco park on Yelverton North Road at Yelverton, about twenty five minutes from Busselton in the Margaret River region. Set on more than 130 acres, the park combines a working orchard and olive grove with a farm-animal experience where visitors can meet and feed guinea pigs, cows, donkeys, alpacas, goats, kangaroos, emus, sheep and pigs. The park is open daily from 10am to 4pm, closed only on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. General admission is $12 for adults, $10 for children, and free for children under two. From April through to December, visitors can pick their own fruit in the orchard, including apples, oranges and lemons: after an initial tasting, picked fruit is weighed back at reception and paid for by weight. A cafe on site serves Devonshire tea, with free tastings of the farm's own jams, preserves, olives and extra virgin olive oil, and there is a playground for children. A gift shop sells farm produce and gifts to take home.
