About Christmas Tree Plantation
Christmas Tree Plantation is a choose and cut Christmas tree farm at 160 Clarendon Road, Clarendon, about 26 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD and 12 kilometres from Blackwood. Visitors walk the plantation to choose their own tree, and staff cut it fresh on the spot. The farm opens each year from 1 to 22 December, with hours of 10am to 4pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends. In the 2025 season, trees were priced at $15.50 per foot, and a courier delivery service was available for an extra fee for customers who prefer not to transport a tree themselves. Card payment is accepted. There is parking on site. Because pricing and hours can change year to year and the farm is only open for a few weeks in December, it is worth checking the farm's Facebook page for current season details before making the trip out to Clarendon.
